A seasoned professional, Mr. Kannan has held pivotal roles in leading agri-commodity companies, where he has consistently contributed to cost optimization, supplier relationship management, and process improvement. At Jeyyam Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd., he heads the procurement function, overseeing a strong network of vendors spread across the country.

Mrs. Priyanka Jain is a qualified academician and research professional with strong expertise in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biotechnology from Bhagwant University (2014), with research focused on anticancer activities of medicinal plants from arid regions of Rajasthan.
She completed her Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (First Division) in 2007 and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (First Division) in 2005 from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University.
She possesses strong analytical skills and domain knowledge in life sciences, research methodologies, and scientific evaluation. Her academic background equips her with the ability to bring an independent, objective, and research-oriented perspective to the Board.
SHANMUGAM ASHOK KUMAR

Mr. Ashok Kumar is an experienced business professional with over 25 years of leadership exposure across diverse industries. He possesses strong expertise in profit centre (P&L) management, start-up business development, and operations management. He has been instrumental in strategizing and executing both long-term and short-term business plans, along with building and leading high-performance teams across multiple geographies.
His core competencies include channel sales management, institutional and government sales, retail sales management, new venture development, call centre management, and branch setup and operations. He also has significant experience in customer relationship management, loyalty programs, credit and risk management, collections, and distribution network development.
Mr. Ashok Kumar has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in building performance-driven teams while ensuring disciplined portfolio governance and effective operational control.
